Retayned Enterprise is pre-launch. We're sharing the planned design and gauging interest with a small group of design partners who want to shape it before it ships. The answers below describe where we're headed, not features you can buy today.
What deployment model are you planning?
We're designing for cloud or VPC-isolated deployment with configurable data residency, and we're building toward SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA alignment with SSO via SAML and SCIM. Design partners help us prioritize which of these lands first. We won't claim a certification until we've actually earned it.
How will Rai stay in our voice?
The plan is for you to provision Rai with your brand voice samples, approved scripts, and escalation rules, with every action routed through your approval workflow until you choose to give it more autonomy. Nothing acts on your clients without your sign-off — that principle is fixed, the exact controls are still being shaped with early partners.
What signals will it ingest?
We're planning connectors for email and calendar (Microsoft 365, Google), major CRMs, product-usage and data warehouses, support tools, and custom events via API. These are planned integrations, not live ones — design partners tell us which sources to build first.
What will rollout look like?
We're designing a phased rollout: platform layer first, then Rai ramping through shadow mode to assisted to autonomous on a per-segment basis, so you expand trust at your own pace. Early partners get white-glove onboarding and a direct line to the team building it.
