The Retention Score isn't a gut feeling. It's the weighted output of how every relationship dimension is scored, adjusted for the facts that move risk, and updated every time you keep a profile current.

Dimensional profiling

Each client is scored on twelve dimensions — trust, loyalty, grace, and more. When the wrong pairs go low together, a combination fires to catch patterns no single metric can.

Qualifying info

Hard facts adjust the number directly — late payments, a prior termination, competing vendors pull it down; a referral origin and every year of tenure nudge it up.

Profile context

Revenue concentration, LTV, and tenure act as a multiplier on the Today page's sort — so the score you see reflects business impact, not just relationship state.
